How it works
Post → match → escrow → split.
- A recruiter posts a bounty. Funds enter Paystack escrow; nothing pays out until a hire is confirmed.
- Candidates and referrers authenticate by OTP: SMS via Africa's Talking for phones, email via AWS SES for the inbox path.
- Claude Haiku parses CVs into structured candidate profiles so the matching surface isn't reading PDFs by hand.
- On confirmed hire, Paystack splits the payout across the candidate, the referrer, and the platform's 15% fee.
