Three earning paths, one event.

  • Recruiters & hiring teams — post a bounty, only pay on a hire that sticks.
  • Referrers — earn for a placement they introduced. The referral graph becomes liquid.
  • Candidates — earn a sign-on bonus on hire. Their time and CV stop being free inputs to other people's pipelines.

  • A recruiter posts a bounty. Funds enter Paystack escrow; nothing pays out until a hire is confirmed.
  • Candidates and referrers authenticate by OTP: SMS via Africa's Talking for phones, email via AWS SES for the inbox path.
  • Claude Haiku parses CVs into structured candidate profiles so the matching surface isn't reading PDFs by hand.
  • On confirmed hire, Paystack splits the payout across the candidate, the referrer, and the platform's 15% fee.
