Real product. Built in Joburg. One engineer, many models.
I help SMEs turn messy ideas into working AI-enabled products.
Jumpingloops is the parent, founded in Johannesburg in 2023. The four products that follow are built and operated by its subsidiary, Jumpingloops Partnerships. Same team, same engineer, two entities so the work that ships sits cleanly under its own roof.
CareQ
clinic queue, in three languages
Front desks are overloaded. Patients wait. CareQ reduces the friction.
Built mobile-first at 375 px, supports English, isiZulu, and Afrikaans, designed for slow 3G and a clinic-floor day. AI prompts help front-desk staff route patients faster; the diagnosis call stays with the clinician. Patient data stays POPIA-clean: no names or phone numbers in logs, prescription content encrypted at rest.
CallThatGuy
Built after watching service staff disappear into operational fog.
Anonymous QR sessions from a waiter's phone, real-time queues, SLA tracking. The canonical user is a waiter mid-shift, phone in pocket, dim Joburg interior.
Competent, hospitable, present.
CVBounty
hire-only revenue
Hiring breaks when incentives drift.
Recruiters post bounties. Referrers earn on placements. Candidates earn a sign-on bonus. The platform takes 15%, only on a confirmed hire.
Wisdom Bitez

An in-house experiment in AI-generated character content.
Two figures live here. Eldora, the elder mentor. Anaya, the seeker. They appear on YouTube and Instagram in short reflective pieces about life, love, and integrity. The point is to learn what a generated character can sustain over a million-subscriber arc, with image generation, text-to-speech, and editing all in the pipeline.

What I help with
Scoped pieces of work, ending in something real that ships.
- AI workflow systems. Internal tooling that takes work off your team's plate.
- Internal operational tools. Dashboards, queues, schedulers; the stuff you wished existed.
- Product validation. A small testable thing in two weeks before you commit big.
- MVP builds. End-to-end shipping of the smallest version that proves the idea.
- SME systems work. Spreadsheets to scoped working tools, for South African SMBs.
- Automation and integrations. Wiring together what you already have so it works as one.
Can AI see your business?
ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity now answer the questions your customers used to Google — and most South African SME sites are invisible to them. Run the free check: 20 signals, scored for the African web, with the specific fixes that matter.

I build things that have to work.
Clinic queues, restaurant pings, recruitment marketplaces. For South African operators who don't have a fifty-person engineering team. The architecture is mine. The build runs as a small team: Claude writes alongside me in the editor, Codex pairs in as another set of hands, ChatGPT helps me plan before either of them sees a file. New models join the bench when they earn it.
No retainers. No "leveraging cutting-edge solutions". A scoped piece of work, a real shipped product at the end of it. If your team is small and your thing needs to ship, I'm easy to reach.
Based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Notes from the build.
Short pieces on what I'm seeing. AI, SMEs, operational chaos, African constraints. Not on a schedule — only when it's worth writing down.
Most SMEs Don't Need AI. They Need Relief.
Founders are being sold autonomous agents while SME owners are still trying to find the latest invoice version. Sometimes the real opportunity isn't intelligence — it's relief from operational fog.
